By using this website or enrolling in a course offered by VIBES you agree to the terms below. Please read them carefully.

1. Enrolment

Enrolment is confirmed by our team at a center after the applicable fee is paid. Access to the learning portal starts on the enrolment date and runs for the course duration unless stated otherwise.

2. Fees & refunds

Fees shown on the website are indicative and may vary by center and batch. Fees paid are non-refundable once portal access has been granted, except where required by law.

3. Course content

All videos, documents, mind maps, assessments and other material are the intellectual property of VIBES or its licensors. They are provided for your personal learning only and may not be downloaded, copied, recorded, shared or resold.

4. Your account

Your login is personal. Keep your credentials and one-time passcodes confidential, do not share your account, and tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorised use. We may suspend accounts used in breach of these terms.

5. Assessments & certificates

Certificates are issued only after all modules are completed and the final assessment is passed. Retakes are at the discretion of the academy. Certificates may be withdrawn if obtained through misconduct.

6. Availability

We aim to keep the portal available at all times but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. Content and schedules may change to keep courses current.

7. Liability

Courses are educational. Completing a course does not by itself constitute a licence to practise; you are responsible for meeting any local professional or regulatory requirements.
